Order Confirmation
An order is only confirmed once payment has been received and verified by Peace Florist. If we are unable to fulfil the required flowers or delivery arrangements, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are quoted in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) and may be adjusted in line with flower supply and market conditions. Accepted payment methods include [FPS / PayMe / bank transfer / credit card / PayPal]. Once an order is confirmed, the price will generally not be affected by subsequent adjustments.
Cancellation and Changes
Order changes may be possible up to 48 hours before delivery, subject to availability. Short-notice orders, orders already in production, custom tributes, and special arrangement orders cannot be cancelled or changed once confirmed.
Refund Policy
If the flowers materially differ from the order, are seriously damaged in transit, or are delivered to the wrong location, please provide photographs and order details within 12 hours of delivery. Following verification, Peace Florist may arrange a remake, partial refund, or full refund. Natural variations in flowers, subjective preferences, slight colour differences, and the natural blooming condition of flowers are not eligible for refunds.
Flower Substitution
Due to seasonal, supply, and weather conditions, flowers may differ slightly from the images shown on our website. Peace Florist will substitute them with similar flowers of equal or higher value, while preserving the overall style as closely as possible.
Delivery
Orders must be placed within the required lead time. Delivery times are estimates only. Actual delivery may be affected by traffic, weather, venue arrangements, and other factors beyond our control. If delivery fails due to incorrect information provided by the customer, venue rejection, absence of a recipient, or inability to access the location, Peace Florist will not issue a refund, and additional delivery charges may apply.
Intellectual Property
All text, images, designs, and content on this website are the property of Peace Florist or the relevant rights holders, and may not be reproduced or used without permission.
Privacy
Customer personal data will be used solely for order processing, delivery, customer service, and related records, and will be handled in accordance with the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance. For details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peace Florist shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential loss. Our maximum liability shall be limited to the actual amount paid for the order.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and the Hong Kong courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
