Delivery Areas
We deliver throughout Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, the New Territories, and selected outlying islands. Delivery locations include funeral homes, churches, hospitals, residences, cemeteries, and other designated venues.
Delivery Charges
All prices are inclusive of standard delivery. The applicable delivery charge is displayed on each product page and confirmed at checkout. The following is a guide to delivery charges by area:

Order Lead Time
As funeral flowers require advance sourcing and preparation, we are unable to offer same-day delivery.
Standard orders: at least [2–3] working days in advance
Special flowers, peak periods, public holidays, or custom designs: at least [5–7] working days in advance
Urgent or short-notice requests may be submitted via WhatsApp. Acceptance is subject to flower availability, production time, and delivery scheduling, and cannot be guaranteed.
Scheduled Delivery
If you require a specific delivery time, please indicate this when placing your order. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. Actual timing may be affected by traffic, weather, and venue arrangements. An additional charge may apply for specified time slots.
Funeral Home / Church Delivery
Please provide the following details:
Name of the deceased
Name of the funeral home or church
Hall, room, or floor
Date and time of the wake or funeral service
Family contact person and telephone number
Condolence card message
Delivery Confirmation
Where possible, we will notify the orderer once delivery has been completed. If the venue requires signed acceptance, their procedures will apply. Due to privacy and venue regulations, delivery photographs may not always be available.
Inclement Weather
In the event of Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, a Black Rainstorm Warning, or extreme weather conditions, delivery may be delayed, rescheduled, or cancelled. We will contact the orderer as soon as possible to make alternative arrangements.
Flower Substitution
Flowers are subject to seasonal availability and supply. Should a specified flower be unavailable, we will substitute it with similar flowers of equal or higher value, while preserving the original style and colour palette as closely as possible.
